Arkansas Army National Guard soldier Sgt. Jessica Aytch is a Human Resource Sergeant, but in her civilian life she is a Derby Girl. She is a member of the Rock Town roller derby team in Little Rock, Arkansas. Aytch uses her roller derby time as an extra form of physical exercise to help keep her at her best physically to stay in the guard.
Aytch is also a first generation soldier. She is proud to be the first in her family to join the military and is setting an outstanding example for her children.
