U.S. Soldiers with the 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade work with members of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission to rescue civilians stranded by flood waters in Columbia County, Pennsylvania, August 13, 2018. Footage was captured from a UH-72 Lakota helicopter, operated by 28th ECAB soldiers, while it identified civilians in need of help. 28th ECAB Soldiers and responders conducted rescues from two UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters.
