The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center's Director, Dr. David Pittman, provided opening remarks at the Mad Scientist Installations of the Future Conference, 19-20 June, a TRADOC initiative co-sponsored by OASA IE&E and Georgia Tech Research Institute. The Mad Scientist Initiative is a community of action that explores the future through partnerships and dialogue with academia, industry and government.
