Service members wishing to be in the 116th Air Support Operations Squadron, Washington National Guard, must first demonstrate their physical and mental fitness in a TACP Assessment and Accession Program. The service members are put through a four-day, physically demanding workload designed to push them to their limits. Being a TACP in the Air Force requires one to be in top physical shape in order to be successful at their job.
