Members of the 113th Civil Engineer Squadron arrived with strength and equipment to the Republic of Moldova as part of humanitarian civic assistance (HCA) to impoverished communities. The EUCOM humanitarian mission has members of the D.C. Air National Guard using skill and expertise to install new walkways, sidewalks, laminate flooring, retiling, drop ceilings and electrical work to multiple sites; while strengthening unit readiness, flexibility, and experience for both peace and wartime missions.
