    U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District

    The Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers visited the Port of Muskogee and captured video of the spot where the Grand Neosho and the Arkansas River meet on April 25, 2017.

    This area is called "Three Forks" since the Verdigris, Grand Neosho and Arkansas Rivers all meet within a short distance upstream of the Port of Muskogee.

    The river stage was 27.5 feet and flowing at 112,303 cubic feet per second, which is about a half foot below flood stage.
