PT 'Poster Guy': Lt. Col. Otis "Hooper" Hooper, D.C. Air National Guard pilot, reaps A-List rewards post lifestyle transformation as The Wingman Wire presenter Tech. Sgt. Arthur Mondale Wright reports.
In Sept. 2016, Hooper competed in Mr. Olympia; in Nov. he landed a photo spread in Men’s Health Magazine after qualifying as one of three ‘Ultimate Men’s Health Guy’ (UMHG) finalists, that led to commercials and a movie role as an LAPD detective with a star-studded cast this past February.
Now the 40-year-old's next hurdle includes tackling a shot at a taping of NBC’s American Ninja Warrior this month, and by the end of the month competing an IRONMAN Triathlon consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run all in the same day. He's also providing tips to military members on how to transform diet, body and aspirations.
