Capt. Adam Ayriss with Company C, 4th Tanks Battalion, and Noah Barnes from Boy Scout Troop #123 in Boise, Idaho, lay a wreath to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Wake Island in Boise. Five years ago, Barnes helped to create the memorial as part of his Eagle Scout project. His inspiration for the project was his grandfather who was captured during the battle and later killed as a Prisoner of War.
