The Missouri National Guard has released its eleventh episode for Season 3 of "MO Guard TV", a half-hour television program showcasing the efforts of Citizen-Soldiers, Airmen and family members throughout the Show-Me State.
In this episode we focus on Female Missouri National Guardsmen. Why did the join and why do they continue to serve their state and nation. We profile three females, a C-130 pilot, a Cyber Threat Intelligence Officer, and a Military Police Officer. We also cover a females integration into a combat arms unit's leadership and the importance of mentorship in the Missouri National Guard.
The program, which has a news magazine flair, was developed by Maj. Gen. Steve Danner, the Missouri National Guard Adjutant General. His goal for the program is to give the public deeper insight into the National Guard's role at home and abroad.
