The small but robust team of Army Reserve Soldiers serving in Japan welcomed LTG Charles D. Luckey, Commanding General of the United States Army Reserve, to Camp Zama Aug. 24, 2016. The visit marked the first time Luckey had ever traveled west of Hawaii, but it likely not be his last as he tours across the Pacific to promote his vision to transform the Army Reserve into the most lethal, ready and capable federal reserve force in American history.
