Members of the Philippine Air Force's 220th Airlift Wing join the 36th Airlift Squadron out of Yokota Air Base, Japan as they perform low cost- low altitude bundle drops over Ormoc, Philippines, as a part of Exercise Balikatan.Balikatan, which means "shoulder to shoulder" in Filipino, is an annual bilateral training exercise focused on improving the ability of Philippine and U.S. military forces to work together during planning, contingency and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
