Participants in Chief Petty Officer Pride Day, sponsored by the National Capital Region Chief Petty Officer Association, walked silently through Arlington National Cemetery September 4, to visit the graves of six notable chief petty officers. At the graves, a participant spoke about each CPO’s life, family and notable actions, then placed flowers and a challenge coin. In this video, ITC Pasquale Lucenti talks about the importance of honoring and remembering the fallen.
