Ulchi Freedom Guardian like all Combined Forces Command exercises, is routine and defense-oriented. It is designed to enhance readiness, protect the region and maintain stability on the Korean peninsula. This years exercise brought six countries and thousands of people together to practice the best ways to keep peace and stability in the region.
