Commanders and their staffs from U.S. Africa Command’s Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine and special operations components met in Stuttgart this week to talk about AFRICOM’s Theater Campaign Plan. The unveiling of the campaign plan, by AFRICOM commander General David Rodriguez, is the result of months of preparation, to include testimony before congress, all to ensure that AFRICOM’s objectives support the president’s National Security Strategy.
