Culinary specialists aboard Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni are charged with preparing meals from a set menu, with predetermined ingredients to offer the best possible nutrition for Iwakuni service members. At a recent Chef of the Quarter competition however, the mess hall chefs were allowed to open their palettes and feature their passion for the craft.
