Soldiers from the 66th Theater Aviation Command conduct a deck landing qualification on the U.S. Navy destroyer USS Shoup just off the coast of Port Angeles, Wash. Each pilot landed on the helipad five time to get the qualification. This type of training sharpens the skills of the Blackhawk crew who may find themselves working with the Navy during an emergency.
