Fort Polk’s Culinary Team, led by Sergeant 1ST Class Rolander Durr, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, recently demonstrated how to prepare nutritious meals as part of the Army’s Performance Triad Program in the Camellia Terrace Community Center on Fort Polk. The Performance Triad Program focuses on physical activity, nutrition, and sleep balance to increase Soldier performance and combat readiness.
