Brigadier General Kevin Leonard and Brigadier William Johnson talk with a reporter from KRIV in Houston, Texas about the up-armoring of vehicles used in Operation Iraqi Freedom. They talk about the teamwork between the industry back home, the Department of Defense and commanders in theater, and say that is what makes the growth of up-armored Humvees possible throughout the Middle East.
