The 167th Airlift Wing Hosted FEMA as a staging area for relief supplies in response to the October 29-30 Storm that affected West Virginia. Food, Water, and supplies arrived in Martinsburg, WV starting October 31st and Army and Air National Guard Personnel were activated to support the emergency response effort.
Video reflects the arrival of semi-trucks and Army support vehicles to transport needed items to areas of West Virginia. Video includes unloading supplies for staging.
