Jonna Reinhardt, Commander of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 128th Aviation Brigade, discusses the preparation and commitment required to earn a spot on the Joint Base Langley-Eustis Army Ten-Miler team at JBLE, Virginia, Aug. 25, 2026. Runners competed in tryouts to represent the installation at the 42nd annual Army Ten-Miler, scheduled for Oct. 11, 2026, at the Pentagon in Washington. Held since 1985, the 10-mile race brings together service members, veterans and civilian runners to promote physical fitness, esprit de corps and community relations.
