Soldiers and Airmen of the Arkansas National Guard engage with community members during Minuteman Day at Camp Joseph T. Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas, Sept. 12, 2026. Minuteman Day provides an opportunity for the Arkansas National Guard to connect with the local community while showcasing the organization’s people, capabilities, equipment and opportunities.
The event featured military equipment and unit displays, a 5K trail run, high school and middle school cross-country races, a fitness competition, health, wellness and education resources, a barbecue cook-off and other family-friendly activities. Visitors had the opportunity to interact with Arkansas National Guard Soldiers and Airmen and learn more about their missions, career fields and service to the state and nation.
Minuteman Day strengthens the relationship between the Arkansas National Guard and the communities it serves while providing the public an opportunity to experience Camp Robinson and learn more about the Guard’s capabilities and mission.
