Zachary Bair and Sgt. 1st Class Michael Rasmussen, both assigned to 157th Infantry Brigade, First Army, stand as Team 9 in the 2026 U.S. Army Pershing Cup, The Best Observer, Controller/Trainer (OC/T) competition. This elite event will identify the best OC/Ts in the world and ensures that our Army Reserve and Army National Guard are ready to fight and win when called upon. The Pershing Cup will take place at Fort Bliss, Texas, Aug. 21-24, 2026.
