U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 374th Maintenance Squadron participate in a Major Accident Response Exercise at Yokota Air Base, Japan, May 6, 2026. The exercise trained a crash damaged or disabled aircraft recovery team on aircraft recovery operations, including crane lifting, rigging and runway clearance procedures, to maintain mission readiness and restore airfield operations during simulated emergency scenarios.
