Soldiers assigned to the 44th Medical Brigade train on Unmanned Arial systems, delivery medical supplies during a field training exercise at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, April 28, 2026. During the exercise, four Soldiers from across the brigade with no prior drone experience were trained over 4 days to become proficient in operating unmanned aerial systems, which enabled them to support missions such as aerial resupply in a simulated operational environment.
