The REF recently presented at the Counter UAS Summit 2019 in Arlington, VA. COL Bookard provided an overview of the REF, including the organizational structure, mission and vision, and unique authorities. COL Bookard and the REF Outreach Team discussed the REFβs efforts with Counter UAS projects, current Counter UAS solutions, and REFβs future technology investments.
