The Colorado Army National Guard’s 2nd Battalion, 135th Aviation Regiment (General Support Aviation Battalion) transferred the KFOR Regional Command-East aviation mission to the 3rd Assault Helicopter Battalion, 1st Aviation Regiment, 1st Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, during a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, Aug. 30, 2026.
