For 250 years, U.S. Marines have been the nation's expeditionary force in readiness. Today, in 2025, 3rd Marine Littoral Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, carries on the legacy established by 3rd Marine Regiment and provides a strategically positioned, forward postured and rapidly deployable formation to the joint force.
