In May the Society of American Military Engineers awarded the Wheeler Medal to Dr. Rumanda Young, Fort Worth District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Young is the third winner from Fort Worth since the Wheeler was first awarded in 1955 and only the second woman ever to win the national honor.
