NORFOLK, Va. (April 5, 2019) – Chief Warrant Officer 2 Ed Kracker, the most senior qualified submariner, and Machinist Mate (Auxiliary) Fireman Victor Ventimilla, the junior qualified submariner, cut a cake with VADM Chas Richard, Commander, Submarine Forces, to celebrate the Force’s 119th birthday.
