A sheen approximately one-mile long and 10 yards wide is visible in the Salish Sea, 2.5 nautical miles from Point Roberts, Wash., Sept. 5, 2013. The sheen is suspected to have originated from the 50-foot fishing vessel Sea Breaker, which had sunk in the vicinity earlier in the day.
