      Pfc. Neftali Rios, with his wife, Jennifer and 9-year-old daughter Navila, are native Puerto Ricans who now call the mainland their home. Their daughter fell sick roughly three weeks after the reservist arrived Sept. 13, 2017 to attend the Ordnance School for training as a wheeled vehicle mechanic.
