The Gosport eNewsletter dated Dec. 11, 2025. This bi-weekly publication is intended for widest dissemination and is designed to inform NAS Pensacola and tenant command service members and civilian employees of installation activities. For 98 years, The Gosport served as the official newspaper of Naval Air Station Pensacola and shared the stories of the installation until its final publication in 2019. This e-newsletter intends to continue that mission to keep readers informed on current events at NAS Pensacola. The publication began in 1921 as Air Station News and adopted The Gosport moniker, named after a voice tube used by flight instructors in the early days of naval aviation, around 1936.
