Freedom Builder Magazine is a premiere magazine published by the Transatlantic District –North located in Kabul. This May-June edition highlights Lt. Gen. Thomas P. Bostic, the tip commander of the Corps of Engineers, Maj. Gen. Michael R. Eyre, commander of the Transatlantic Division’s MATT program. The Matt program stands for Mission, Affordability, Transition and Transformation.; Corps of Engineers finisheds national trainging center; U.S. Afghan teams train together; U.S. women help Afghan women find comfort in donations to Women’s Garden; Runners take on Kabul Marathon in warzone conditions inside the Green zone. The magazine is published bi-monthly.
