HELMAND PROVINCE, Afghanistan - Helmand University graduated 31 students, including the school’s first agriculture students, June 28. “Helmand University had many problems with beginning as not having building, teachers, library, and laboratory but we have solved most of main problems and remaining problems will be solved by related ministry” said Helmand provincial governor Muhammad Gulab Mangal in an address to the students.
