As of April 3, 2026, United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) has surpassed its annual testing goal, administering 536,197 student tests as part of the ASVAB Career Exploration Program (CEP).
The goal was 533,791 for school year 2025-26, which runs from July through June, meaning the command exceeded its goal with more than two months remaining.
“This significant accomplishment is a testament to the collaborative effort, resilience and unwavering dedication of the entire USMEPCOM team,” said Dave Davis, J-3 operations and readiness division chief.
In school year 2024-25 USMEPCOM tested 652,747 students, exceeding the goal of 577,796.
The ASVAB CEP, administered by USMEPCOM and school staff personnel, provides no-cost career exploration and planning tools designed to help young adults in 10th grade and above make informed career decisions based on their skills and interests beyond the military.
