U.S. Air Force defenders assigned to the 374th Security Forces Squadron responded to a simulated ground attack during exercise Beverly Midnight 2026 at Yokota Air Base, Japan, March 11, 2026. The training scenario required base defense forces to rapidly secure the area, assess threats and protect personnel and resources in a simulated contested environment. Beverly Midnight integrates joint, coalition and bilateral forces across Japan, strengthening interoperability and reinforcing the United States’ commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific.
