SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. – As PCS peak season comes to a close, the Permanent Change of Station Joint Task Force is changing the hours of the call center on Sept. 26 from 24/7 to Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CDT.
The PCS Joint Task Force launched the call center to help service members, Department of War civilians and their families with government moves on Aug. 1, 2025.
Since its creation, the call center has resolved over 800 cases, working with members worldwide 24 hours a day. They tailored their response to each and every case and emphasized clarity, empathy and effective communication.
