Congratulations to Tech. Sgt. Leonard Mask, 8th Maintenance Squadron unit deployment manager, on becoming this week’s Pride of the Pack!
“It’s an honor and always good to be recognized for the hard work put into a job,” said Mask.
A unit deployment manager is assigned to a squadron and relays information about the condition of the squadron to the base commander. They ensure that the squadron is deployment and mission ready, both before and during operations.
“We play a vital role in the chain of communication as the unit control center during war time operations and disaster response,” Mask said.
Without a UDM, personnel would have a harder time communicating information when it comes to fast-paced contingencies.
Well done, TSgt Mask, and thank you for all your hard work to keep the Wolf Pack ready to Fight Tonight!
