The 100th Logistics Readiness Squadron and 100th Civil Engineer Squadron fire department conducted crashed vehicle training at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, May 7.
During the training, each unit trained the other on best practices and procedures when handling vehicle crash sites. Firefighters demonstrated various ways to remove passengers from a crashed vehicle, including through the door and windshield. Ground transportation operators demonstrated how to operate a forklift and dispose of crashed vehicles.
