NASHVILLE, Tenn. (JULY. 15, 2019) – Matt Leftwich, project facilities manager at Dale Hollow Lake, Operations Division in Celina, Tenn., is the Nashville District Employee of the Month for May 2019.

Beason said Leftwich performs a wide range of duties which includes overall responsibility for maintain campground construction, recreational and day use areas, maintenance contracts, mowing, small construction projects, and boat ramps.

“Matt is a family man, quiet and humble, provides for his family and will go out of his way to help anyone," said wife, Christy Leftwich.

Beason said Leftwich' patience and willingness to be of assistance to anyone at any time shows his dedication to his craft, to the Dale Hollow team and the personnel at the Nashville District.

“He is most deserving for this award because of the extra effort he puts forth to his job around here and we are happy he received the award," said Beason.

Leftwich said he was surprised by the recognition and feels great to know his co-workers noticed his work and appreciate his contributions to the team.
