During the special ceremony, 10 Soldiers of the TF 3-116 Armor, were presented a commander's coin by Gayhart, for their various contributions in support of the 116th Brigade Combat Team.

He fielded a couple of questions, one on a timeline for receipt of submitted awards. The tone of the meeting was very positive, and it allowed the troops to voice their concerns directly with their brigade commander.
