"Champion" and "The best around," words associated with Spc. Tayler Johnson when you ask people about her. Her title of the “Fastest M9” in the 300th Sustainment Brigade came when she dethroned Command Sgt. Maj. Roderick Upton in a 1 vs. 1 competition to determine the fastest M9 assembler.
Spc. Johnson’s is a 91D, power generator mechanic, and works in the 300th Sustainment Brigade S4, Logistic or Supply Section. Daily she tracks all the repair parts throughout the Brigade’s footprint ensuring they reach the Soldiers who need it the most.
After a long day filled with phone calls and endless amount of emails, she watches movies and crochets to relax. Currently, she is making a blanket. A project she is doing for herself.
Spc. Tayler Johnson is from Texas. She is also a die-hard fan of Houston Texans. She properly represents the Houston Texan in Kuwait. She brought with her jersey #99, J. J. Watts, Houston Texan Sheets, and Houston Texan shirt. Additionally, she wants the Houston Texans to know, “Super Bowl ring is ours this year!”
