Pvt. 1st Class James Moffitt is a 91B, wheel mechanic, but at the 300th Sustainment Brigade, he serves as the Radio Transmission Operator (RTO) within the Operations Center. As the RTO he develops products utilized in the daily briefs and meetings. Additionally, he tracks and organizes all the information coming in and out of the Operation Center. Pvt. 1st Class Moffitt supports the unit in having shared understanding of the operational environment.
At home Pvt. 1st Class Moffitt enjoys welding, fishing, hunting, camping, and simply being outdoors in the woods. Most notably, he is currently restoring a 1979 Chevrolet Camaro. He has already installed a new transmission and a Posi-traction rear end.
Pvt. 1st Class James Moffitt is from Dallas, TX. To his friends and family back at home he would like to say, “Happy holidays and happy new year! Stay safe! I love and miss you guys.”
