This Rugbytown 7’s tournament will welcome teams from every military service in the United States. It will be held from August 24 – August 26 at Infinity Park for the 7th year in a row. The tournament will be conducted in single round-robin games on August 24 – August 25 followed by a championship match on August 26. Infinity Park is a cultural cornerstone in Colorado and boasts the first rugby-specific stadium in the country.

Each Rugby team is made of the strong and dedicated members of the US Armed Forces. The Armed Forces 7’s was established in 2012 and competed in the initial Glendale RugbyTown 7’s Invitational in 2012.

The Army will be trying to grab their 6th straight Rugby championship win this year. They will be facing a rugged challenge against the other military service teams as they attempt to grab the gold as well. All services will bring their all to the pitch to see who wins this year, but no matter who wins these teams will no doubt do their individual services proud.

The first game of the tournament start off at 11am on Friday with The US Navy and US Coast Guard going head to head.

The Armed Forces Sports program is the culmination of each nation's military service sports and fitness programs. Armed Forces Sports organizes over 15 Military Championships for different sports annually involving Service members from the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard.
