Rascal Flatts Entertains Soldiers in Iraq

CAMP LIBERTY, Iraq " Rascal Flatts, the 2005 Academy of Country Music's Top Vocal Group, performed a free concert for Soldiers at Camp Liberty in Baghdad Aug. 5.

The group performed songs from current and previous albums, as well as a few audience favorites of other artists. With comedic style, warm and friendly bantering, and audience participation, the award-winning group brought down the house of this sandy military base, which was once Saddam Hussein's hunting grounds.

Following the concert, the artists posed for pictures with the Soldiers.
