The Livorno Casa Toscana Army lodging facility will be closed from April 30 to May 31 to undergo a renovation project.
According to Rosemary Musto, Casa Toscana manager, the project will include replacement of all furniture in guest rooms, the renovation of distinguished visitors quarters, and the renovation of the Reception Area.
“This project will be a great upgrade for the community, and we are sure our customers will appreciate the changes once we will reopen,” said Musto.
The project also includes lock upgrade on all doors, replacement of three bathtubs with shower units, replacement of damaged screens, complete renovation of the break area and new patio furniture.
“Upon completion, the facility will undergo a deep cleaning of all areas, including painting where it is required,” said Musto.
During the renovation, all rooms are blocked at the facility, Musto added.
“As rooms become available (key locks included) and the property management system is up and running, we will accept reservations. Currently, we are accepting reservations with an arrival date of June 1,” she said.
Musto ensures the community that the Casa Toscana staff will continue to work closely with their guests and prospective guests to offer their best service.
