Col. John Hort (center), a Fayetteville, N.C., native, along with members of the Iraqi army and the Adhamiyah district advisory council, cut the ribbon to signify the opening of the Adhamiyah community pool in northern Baghdad July 2 . Hort is the commander of the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, and was on hand to celebrate the opening of the only pool in the Adhamiyah district.
