Chilean Soldiers from the 1st Armored Brigade, 27th Armored Infantry Battalion "Bulnes" move during the final assault during the Southern Vanguard 26 field training exercise in Sauce, Peru, Sept. 17, 2026. The culminating movement marks the completion of combined jungle training designed to strengthen interoperability and readiness in complex terrain. SV26 brings together approximately 400 warfighters to execute a field training exercise and command post exercise in a demanding austere jungle environment.
