    Smoke N Thunder’s “Hot Streak II,” a 1957 Chevy Pickup truck known as “Jet Truck,” powered by a Westinghouse J34 jet engine with 12,000 horsepower, passes in front of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels during the Naval Air Station Oceana Air Show, Sept. 18, 2026. For more than 70 years, the NAS Oceana Air Show has been a cornerstone of the Virginia Beach community, strengthening the bond between our warfighters and the community we proudly serve.
