Christal Jones (center), Defense Contract Management Agency administrative contracting officer and member of the Combat Support Center Train and Equip Team, holds her OSD award for Innovations in Financial Management in a Combat Zone, Headquarters and Major Command Level (individual category). Robert F. Hale, Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), presented the award to Jones at the 2012 Financial Management Awards Ceremony held at the Pentagon June 17. CSC’s Mel Hamner and Air Force Col. Marvin Baugh, pictured, were present for her award.
